"Vietri sur Mare is a wonderful place but one has to chose carefully where to be based as getting around is not easy, especially on foot. Roads are not pedestrian friendly and if you book into a hotel which does not have easy access to the amenities you are stuck. Taxis are expensive and not metered... "

"Vietri e’ una deliziosa cittadina, ma il collegamento tra la parte Marina e il centro non permette una fruizione serena e facile di tutto il contesto. Le navette sono piccole e poche per sostenere un turismo di alta stagione , i bagni chiudono troppo presto per poter godere della ore migliori in spiaggia "

"Transportation was a very limiting factor throughout our stay. To get taxi it would take atleast an hour from Salerno station and going to Amalfi or Positano was a challenge."
